Operations 360™ is a platform which helps design customisable workflows for distinct operations of a plant and associate customisable digital workbook within it. It is one of the versatile products from Greenwave which helps users track of the individual activities in the workflow and monitor its performance against a benchmark. Each individual activities can then also be associated with a digital workbook which is interactive in nature. These digital workbooks can be configured to perform various operations such as Transformation, Batching, Brand Changeover, CIP and many more. The user can model a plant which helps the customer have a bird’s eye view of the assets deployed in the shop floor. With a model plant digitalized in its memory the customer can create a workflow associating individual assets and qualified resources to it. As the user management is inbuilt in this platform it can also suggest the availability of a resource. Along with the inbuilt workflows for Transformation, Batching, Brand Changeover and CIP but it can also be configured to meet the individual requirements of a customer.
